SYSTEMS LEADERSHIP
This Article binds and charges the Sergeant Majorship of the Division IGR with the duty of leading our Community’s methods, systems, and resource initiatives through Systems Command. Systems Command is operated by:
- Major Trustee
Elected by Systems Command - Sergeant Majors of the Division IGR
SMD :: Promoted by the Majority vote of Majorship - Direct Special Assistant(s)
DSA :: Promoted by the Systems Command
MAJOR TRUSTEE
Systems Command shall elect through majority vote a Major to serve on the Board of Trustees. The Major Trustee is charged with the duty of representing the interests of Systems Command and management of Systems Intelligence.
MAJORSHIP DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sergeant Majorship is chiefly responsible for:
Systems Command shall meet no less than bi-weekly to discuss its past performance, current affairs, opportunities, and path forward. A copy of Meeting minutes shall be recorded and submitted to Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours of recording. Failure to comply may result in General Action.
- Ensuring the practice of this constitution in all Community affairs
- Cascading operational strategy throughout our Community
- Developing effective Community Universe systems
- Multiverse organization, deployment, and development
- Systems Quality Assurance
- Leadership and command coaching
- Maximizing Membership benefit
- Community expansion
- A quarterly assessment of Majorship performance

COMMUNITY UNIVERSES
Systems Command is responsible to the Community for the development and management of Community Universes. A Community Universe is a commissioned sphere of Membership activity within an online video game universe. A Community Universe is activated through the majority vote of the Five-Star Council. Once a Community Universe is activated, Systems Command shall be responsible for the execution of its goals.
DIRECT SPECIAL ASSISTANTS
As deemed necessary by Systems Command, Direct Special Assistants (DSA) may be appointed to support Majorship in the execution of its goals. All Non-Commissioned ranks qualify for appointment. The Majorship shall submit a Letter of Appointment to Operations Command within 24 hours of DSA appointment. At a minimum, the Letter of Appointment shall include a general overview of the appointee’s past performance and the primary motivators for appointment. Failure to comply may result in General Action.
FIELD ACTION
Sergeant Majorship may declare binding and enforceable Native Resolutions called Field Action, to deploy systems strategy, methodology, and resources to advance its execution of Community goals. Field Actions are achieved through the majority vote of Systems Command and supersede all preceding Command in the areas of Community they are charged to. Systems Command shall provide a copy of all Field Actions to the Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours of deployment. Failure to file may result in General Action.
SYSTEMS INTELLIGENCE
At a minimum, Systems Command shall keep an organized file of all meeting minutes, Quarterly Assessments, Field Actions, Letters of Appointment, and a contact roster of all Non-Commissioned Membership. A copy of this file shall be updated and submitted to the Central Intelligence Domain on the 1st of each month. Failure to comply may result in General Action.
