COMMUNITY RECRUITING PROCESS

This Article binds and charges the Chief Player Resources Officer with the duty of leading our Community's Recruiting and Selections Process through the Player Resources Domain. The Player Resources Domain shall work with Systems Command to design, implement, and sustain our recruiting and selections processes for each Community Universe.

ACTIVE RECRUITING

The Chief Player Resources Officer shall work with Executive Command to develop and design strategic communications for the Player Resources Domain. Executive Command shall approve all final edits and authorize the public release of said content.

ACTIVE SELECTIONS

At a minimum, our selections process shall vet each recruit’s aptitudes, gamership, and persona. Designed as needed to meet the demands/limitations of our Community Universes, our selections processes shall, at a minimum, phase recruits through a variant of these time-tested selections pillars:

  • Division Battle Challenge
  • Division Dedication Challenge
  • Division Battle Gauntlet
  • Constitutional Interview

GRADUATION CEREMONY

Community induction is awarded upon graduating from selections. Membership Oath of Affirmation, uniforming, and rank is awarded through a Community Graduation Ceremony. The Community’s Graduation Ceremony shall be managed by the Player Resources Domain.

PROCESS INTELLIGENCE

At a minimum, the Player Resources Domain shall keep an organized file of meeting minutes, Quarterly Assessments, Letters of Appointment, Community Domains and Universes, and a contact roster of all past and present recruits. A copy of this file shall be updated and submitted to the Central Intelligence Domain on the 1st of each month. Failure to comply may result in Board Action.
