RANKING SYSTEM
Attaining Community rank is earned through our Community’s recruiting and selections process, maintained through consistency of action, and promoted through the continued development of our Community goals.
NON-COMMISSIONED LEADERSHIP
Non-Commissioned Leadership is charged with the duties and responsibilities of Community Development, Community Management, and Community Defense in and around the online video games we play.
PRIVATE
PVT :: Graduate
Recruits attaining the rank of PVT are promoted upon graduating our Community’s selections process. Graduates are chiefly responsible to Field Leadership for the support of tactical outcomes in-game.
SPECIALIST
SPC :: Field Operations
Field Operators are chiefly responsible to Field Leadership for the execution of tactical outcomes in and around gameplay. PVT's are promoted to SPC through the majority vote of Specialist Class.
CORPORALSHIP
CPL :: Field Leadership
Field Leaders are chiefly responsible to Field Command for leading SPC’s and PVT’s towards tactical outcomes in and around gameplay. SPC's are promoted to CPL through the majority vote of Corporal Class.
SERGEANTSHIP
SGT :: Field Command
Field Commanders are chiefly responsible to Systems Command for organizing, managing, and leading their online teams towards tactical outcomes in and around gameplay. CPL's are promoted to SGT through the majority vote of Sergeant Class.
SGT. MAJOR OF THE DIVISION IGR
SMD :: Systems Command
Systems Commanders are chiefly responsible to Lieutenantship for leading Non-Commissioned ranks towards strategic outcomes that power our online systems, build capacity, and maximize Member benefit in and around gameplay. SGT's are promoted to SMD through the majority vote of Sergeant Major class.

Community Ambassadors may operate either casually or strategically for our Community. SMD's are promoted to WO through the majority vote of Commissioned Command.

LT :: Operations Control
Operations Controllers are chiefly responsible to the Colonelship for the quality assurance of Systems Command. WO's are promoted to LT through the majority vote of Lieutenant Class.
COLONELSHIP
COL :: Operations Director
Operations Directors are chiefly responsible to the Five-Star Council for the leadership outcomes delegated by the Generalship. LT's are promoted to COL through the majority vote of the Five-Star Council.
GENERALSHIP
GEN :: Operations Command
Operations Commanders are chiefly responsible to the Five-Star Council for leading Community operations towards outcomes that produce intelligence, develop capability, power capacity, and expand our Membership. COL's are promoted to GEN through the unanimous vote of the Five-Star Council.
GENERAL OF THE DIVISION IGR
GD :: Chairman of the Five-Star Council
The Council Chairman is chiefly responsible to Membership for the quality control of our Community operations. The Council Chairman is charged with the duty of leading the Five-Star Council towards strategic outcomes that secure, develop, and maximize operations efficiency. The GD is elected through the majority vote of General Class.

OEO :: Vice President of the Division IGR
The Community VP is the executor of the Executive Office throughout our Community and is chiefly responsible for the leadership outcomes delegated by our Community President. The OEO is appointed by the CINC. To qualify for OEO appointment, Members must hold a Commissioned Rank.
COMMANDER IN CHIEF
CINC :: President of the Division IGR
The President is chiefly responsible to the Community for entrepreneering opportunities that maximize Membership benefit, expand our prosocial value, and navigate our Community towards greater social impact. The President is charged with the duty of leading all Command towards the continued development of our Community. The CINC is elected through the majority vote of our Membership. To qualify for election, Members must hold an SMD rank or higher.
