ALUM LEADERSHIP

This Article binds and charges the Alumni Council with supreme round table responsibility for the oversight of our Community’s constitutional integrity. The Alumni Council shall be exclusively comprised of Presidents who wish to retire from Command and who’ve served a minimum of one successful term, and decorated Officers who wish to retire from Command and are approved through unanimous vote of the Alum. Presidents who wish to return to Command after serving at least one term may do so at any rank class they choose.

ALUM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Alumni Council shall meet no less than quarterly to review and discuss our Community’s constitutional performance. The Alumni Council is vested with the duty of ensuring Community wide practice of our Constitution and core values. The Alumni Council is chiefly responsible for:

Managing Elections
Community Inspection
Board grievances
Deciding Senior Leadership stalemates when petitioned
Approving constitutional addendum
Defense of our Constitution and preservation of our Community

CONSTITUTIONAL ADDENDUM

Membership may submit Constitutional addendum for consideration by the Alumni Council. Addendum is approved and deployed through the majority vote of Alum.

ALUM ACTION

The Alumni Council may declare binding and enforceable Inter-Resolutions called "Alum Action," to mitigate critical issues such as Community degradation, gross Constitutional negligence, a collapse in Command, and eminent threats to Community security. Alum Actions are achieved through the majority vote of the Council. Alum Actions are Community wide and supersede all preluding command in the areas of Community they are charged to.

WAR DECLARATIONS

All War Declarations shall be approved through majority vote of the Alumni Council. Failure to comply will result in permanent Community disbandment.
