EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
This Article binds and charges the Commander in Chief with the duty of leading our Community’s organizational vision, development, public image, and business development initiatives through the Executive Office. The Executive Office shall be operated by the following Members:
- President of the Division IGR
CINC :: Elected through the majority vote of our Community - Officer of Executive Operations
OEO :: Appointed by the Community President - Direct Special Assistant(s)
DSA :: Appointed by the Executive Office
PRESIDENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Community President is chiefly responsible to Membership for:
At a minimum, the Executive Office shall meet bi-weekly to discuss its past performance, current affairs, opportunities, and path forward. Meeting minutes shall be recorded and submitted to the Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours of recording. Failure to comply may result in Board Action.
- Ensuring the practice of this constitution in all Community affairs
- Entrepreneering opportunities to advance our Community
- Brand management and strategic communications
- Development of strategic relationships in, around, and outside of online games
- Pursuing viable business development opportunities
- Command Quality Assurance
- Leading all Command towards maximizing Membership benefit
- Community expansion
- A quarterly assessment of Office performance

EXECUTIVE TERM
The President shall serve the Community for a period of 365 days. Upon the 365th day, the Presidential Election Process will be opened to the Community. There is no Term limit, a Community President may serve until he or she is voted out of Office.
VP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To qualify for appointment to Vice President, a Member must hold a Commissioned rank. The Vice President is chiefly responsible to the Community President for supporting the goals of the Executive Office. The President shall submit a Letter of Appointment to the Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours prior to appointment. At a minimum, the Letter of Appointment shall include a general overview of the appointee’s past performance and the primary motivators for appointment. Failure to comply may result in Board Action.
DIRECT SPECIAL ASSISTANTS
As deemed necessary by the Executive Office, Direct Special Assistants (DSA) may be appointed by the Executive Office to support the execution of its goals. The President shall submit a Letter of Appointment to the Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours of DSA appointment. At a minimum, the Letter of Appointment shall include a general overview of the appointee’s past performance and the primary motivators for appointment. Failure to comply may result in Board Action.
EXECUTIVE ACTION
The President may declare binding and enforceable Inter-Resolution, or “Executive Action,” to defend our Community against eminent threat. Executive Action is a Presidential command that shall only be deployed when once the President has responsibly identified internal or external Community risk such as a Leadership vacuum, direct attack, treason, Community subversion, and/or Leadership malfeasance. Executive Actions supersede all preceding Command in the areas of Community they are charged to. The President shall provide a copy of Executive Actions to the Central Intelligence Domain within 24 hours of deployment. Failure to comply may result in Alum Action.
WAR DECLARATION
The President is vested with the power to Declare War against an imminent threat to our Community. War Declaration is the Presidential marshaling of all Membership, operations, systems, and resources towards the elimination of a imminent Community threat. Before a War Declaration can be deployed, it shall pass through the Alumni Council and receive a majority vote. All War Declarations shall clearly define the threat, eminent reasoning, battle and exit strategy.
OFFICE INTELLIGENCE
At a minimum, the Executive Office shall keep an organized file of all meeting minutes, Quarterly Assessments, Executive, General, and Field Actions, Letters of Appointment, War Declarations, and a contact roster of Commissioned Membership, business development resources, and press contacts. A copy of this file shall be updated and submitted to the Central Intelligence Domain on the 1st of each month. Failure to comply may result in Board Action.
